Our advanced inline inspection system performs a 360-degree quality check on glass tubes during the finishing phase, just before the cutting station. Installed directly in the production line, the system captures synchronized high-resolution images from multiple angles to inspect the entire surface of the tube. Using Ingenium® MPVS and the AI-based Ingenium® VSAi suite, the system detects surface and structural defects with high precision. It generates a detailed map of defects and communicates in real-time with the factory automation system to identify the exact locations of defective sections of the tubes.
