Length and Speed Measurement

Vision system for the temporal analysis of images that allows to measure length and/or speedometers for process and quality control.

Contineo is available in 2 models:

– Contineo-10-S, with a single detection sensor, is commonly used for measuring the length of profiles out of continuous casting for billets, blooms, and slabs;

– Contineo-10-D, with a dual megapixel detection sensor, is used for measuring length and speed on the rolling mill train.

Thanks to Contineo, it is therefore possible to perform profile cutting to size and verify it.

Contineo also allows for the saving of the image of the cut product along with all telemetry data, thus enabling optimal traceability of the product over time.
